NVYS will explore this fertile region with the Egmont Overture of Beethoven. Brahms’ Hungarian Dances Nos. 5 and 6, and Vítězslava Kaprálová’s Suita Rustica bring folksongs to the concert hall in very different ways. The Finale from Dvořák’s Eighth Symphony presents this Brahms protogé at his most ebullient. nvyso.org
